Why Choose Trionex as Your Odoo Partner in Pakistan
When a POS terminal goes down at a Tim Hortons outlet on a Saturday evening, nobody wants to hear about implementation methodology. They want someone on the phone inside an hour.
That’s the difference between an ERP vendor and an operations partner, and it’s the reason this post starts with our support SLA rather than burying it at the bottom.
Trionex is an Odoo Silver Partner based in Lahore, serving clients across Pakistan and the MENA region. We were founded in 2023 and reached Silver Partner status within 18 months not because we chased a badge, but because we shipped a lot of live systems in a short time, most of them in retail and food service where the tolerance for downtime is roughly zero.
Here’s what that looks like in practice.
Who we work with
We don’t have a logo wall problem. We have a roster.
- Retail: Lama Retail, Sapphire, Beyond East, Tesoro, Ziva, Sola, Kiko Milano, Boutique De Royal, Royal Distribution, Overhail, Zeeskin Care
- Restaurants and F&B: Tim Hortons Pakistan, Subway Pakistan, BlueFoods, Third Culture Coffee
- Fintech, automotive, technology and others: SadaPay, Honda Lahore, Nexlinx, Farmisto, DOW Studio
The pattern here matters more than the names. These are multi-outlet, high-transaction-volume businesses where the ERP isn’t a back-office reporting tool it’s the thing that rings up a sale, moves stock between branches, and closes the day. That’s a specific discipline. A partner who has only done project-based service businesses will struggle with it, however good their consultants are.
What makes Trionex different
1. We’re a 360° technology partner, not just an Odoo shop
Most Odoo partners implement Odoo. If your outlet’s internet drops, your switch fails, or your POS hardware won’t talk to the network, that’s your problem to solve with a third vendor who’ll blame the ERP.
Trionex runs three teams under one roof:
- Odoo functional and technical team — implementation, configuration, custom module development
- Custom development team — integrations, portals, apps, and systems that sit alongside Odoo
- Network and infrastructure team — connectivity, hardware, and on-site setup across outlets
For a retail chain rolling out to twenty branches, this collapses three vendor relationships into one accountable party. When something breaks, there’s no argument about whose fault it is. That single fact is why several of our largest clients moved to us from other partners.
2. Deep specialisation in retail and F&B
Retail and restaurant operations break ERPs in specific, predictable ways: multi-outlet stock visibility, offline POS resilience, shift-based cash reconciliation, promotions and loyalty, recipe and ingredient costing, wastage tracking, franchise-level reporting.
We’ve solved these repeatedly. That means faster implementations and fewer discovered-late surprises, because we’re not learning your industry on your budget.
3. Odoo Silver Partner in 18 months
Odoo partner tiers are earned through:
- Certified staff
- Licence volume
- And delivery track record
Going from founding to Silver inside a year and a half required all three simultaneously. We mention it for one reason: it’s independently verifiable. You can check our status with Odoo directly rather than taking our word for it.

4. A support SLA we publish
Most partners will tell you they offer “excellent support.” Very few will put response and resolution times in writing on a public page. Ours is below, in full.
5. Enterprise-only implementations
We implement Odoo Enterprise exclusively. We don’t do Community deployments.
This isn’t upselling. For the businesses we serve multi-outlet retail and F&B, Community lacks the pieces that matter most: full accounting with bank synchronisation, advanced POS features, mobile access, quality and maintenance modules, Odoo Studio, and Odoo’s own upgrade support. Deploying Community into a twelve-outlet chain means building or bolting on those pieces yourself, then owning them forever.
We’d rather implement a system that Odoo itself supports through every version upgrade than save you licence fees today and cost you a rebuild in three years.
Our support SLA
Support is a contract, not a favour. Here’s what you get.
| Severity | Definition | Response Time | Resolution Target |
| Critical | POS/system down or core operations halted at one or more outlets, no workaround | Within 1 hour (including weekends, on-call) | Within 4 hours |
| High | Major functionality impaired; workaround exists but significantly hinders operations | Within 2 business hours | Within 1 business day |
| Medium | Minor functionality issue; workaround available; limited business impact | Within 4 business hours | Within 1–3 business days |
| Low | Cosmetic issue, minor enhancement, or general how-to query | Within 1 business day | Within the monthly support hour bank (5–15 days) |
Support channels
Dedicated helpdesk and ticketing email, plus a WhatsApp and phone line reserved for Critical issues. The critical line is staffed on weekends — because retail and restaurants don’t close on Saturday.
Escalation matrix
| Level | Owner | Trigger |
| Level 1 | Support Engineer / Functional Consultant | First point of contact for all tickets |
| Level 2 | Senior Consultant / Technical Lead | Escalate if unresolved within response SLA at L1 |
| Level 3 | Project Manager | Escalate if unresolved within resolution SLA at L2 |
| Level 4 | Head of Growth and Business | Escalate for Critical issues unresolved beyond 8 hours |
Escalation is automatic and time-triggered. You don’t have to know who to chase — the ticket moves up on its own.

What an Odoo implementation with Trionex looks like
- Discovery and process mapping — we document how orders, stock, cash and approvals actually move through your business, outlet by outlet, and mark the bottlenecks
- Fit-gap analysis — what standard Odoo handles, what needs configuration, and the narrow slice that genuinely requires custom development
- Configuration and development — standard-first, custom only where it earns its place, built as proper Odoo modules that survive version upgrades
- Data migration — staged runs with reconciliation at each stage; if the trial balance doesn’t tie out, we don’t go live
- Pilot outlet — for multi-branch clients we go live at one location first, stabilise, then roll out
- Training — role-based, for cashiers, store managers, warehouse staff, finance and admin separately
- Go-live and hypercare — on-site presence during the first days, then transition into the SLA above
Questions to ask any Odoo partner in Pakistan
Ask us these. Ask everyone else too — the answers are revealing.
- What partner tier are you, and can I verify it with Odoo?
- Who owns the custom code you write? If the answer isn’t “you do,” walk away.
- What happens at version upgrade? Badly structured custom modules break on every Odoo release. Ask how they’re built.
- Can I call a client in my industry? Not a logo — an actual phone number.
- What are your response and resolution times, in writing? Vague answers here predict vague support later.
- Who handles it when the problem is network or hardware, not Odoo?
- What’s explicitly out of scope? A partner who can’t answer hasn’t scoped the project.
Frequently asked questions
Is Trionex an official Odoo Partner?
Yes. Trionex is an Odoo Silver Partner, a status we reached within 18 months of founding in 2023. Partner status is verifiable through Odoo’s official partner directory.
Where is Trionex located, and which regions do you serve?
We’re headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan. We serve clients across Pakistan including Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and other cities along with the MENA region.
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
A single-entity implementation covering core modules typically runs 6–12 weeks. Multi-outlet retail or restaurant rollouts commonly run 3–6 months, depending on outlet count and how much data cleanup the legacy system needs. Decision speed on your side is usually the biggest variable.
How much does Odoo cost in Pakistan?
There are two separate costs: Odoo Enterprise licence fees, paid per user per month directly to Odoo, and implementation, paid to your partner. Implementation cost depends on user count, module scope, outlet count, data migration complexity and custom development. We quote a fixed price against a written scope. Our Implentation starts from 1 Million and goes up to 6 Million depending on Project Complexity.
Do you implement Odoo Community?
No. We implement Odoo Enterprise exclusively, because the businesses we serve need the accounting, POS, mobile and upgrade support that only Enterprise provides.
Can Odoo handle multi-outlet retail and restaurant operations?
Yes — this is our core specialisation. Odoo Enterprise supports multi-outlet POS with centralised inventory, inter-branch transfers, per-outlet and consolidated reporting, and offline POS operation that syncs when connectivity returns.
Does Odoo support Pakistani tax compliance and POS invoicing requirements?
Odoo natively don’t support direct integration2, but at Trionex we have integrated Odoo with FBR, PRA, SRB, KPRA and others. On Top of that, Trionex is the first Odoo Partner who integrated FBR/PRA Micro service with odoo directly, ensuring it works perfectly in offline Mode.
We already have Odoo and it isn’t working. Can you help?
Yes. We take on rescue and re-implementation projects, starting with an audit of your current configuration and customisations to determine what’s salvageable and what needs rebuilding.
Do you provide hardware and network support as well?
Yes. Our network and infrastructure team handles connectivity, POS hardware and on-site setup, which means a single accountable partner rather than three vendors pointing at each other.
